Yes. We can register any available domain name in .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info and .us for $15 per year (less for multi-year registrations). We can renew (and transfer) your existing .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info and/or .us domain(s). We can also register domains in many other TLD's but the cost may be different and supporting all International Domains.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes. In fact we have customers from six continents. We can host your non-US domain and we have useful tools such as Localizer and Translation Service installed for your multi-lingual websites.

How long will it take to set up my Megawebserver Hosting account?
We will normally have you up and running in one hour or less if you order your account during business hours. Otherwise, we will have it up in 12 hours or less.

How long will it take for my domain to start working on your servers?
Your domain, whether its new or existing, should be active in 24 to 48 hours or less, depending on your registrar.

Can I use my existing domain name(s) on your servers?
Yes. Let us know the name of your domain and change the DNS at your registrar to the ones mentioned in. We can assist you with this process if you like.

Can I use multiple domain names with my account?
Yes. Additional domain names, beyond the ones included in your hosting package, are just $25 per year each. We charge this fee simply to cover the cost of e-mail, DNS and logs. Bulk discounts are also available.

What is your security policy?
We take all possible steps to maintain tight security on our servers. You can assist us by using passwords that are not dictionary words, contain both capital and small letters as well as numbers and symbols. Furthermore, you should change your passwords on a regular basis.

What relational databases do you offer?
We currently offer MySQL/MS SQL.

How can I access my MySQL database(s)?
You can access them via phpMyAdmin.

What kind of support is included with my  Hosting account?

Can I use my account for porn, spam, warez or anything else that is illegal or just plain BadTM?
No. Please see our Terms of Service. Any account used for an illegal or prohibited purpose will be immediately deleted and its owner will be billed for any related charges incurred. No refunds will be issued.

Can I run PHP, Perl and Python CGI apps as well?
Yes, if you have an account that includes SSH shell access. Or if your CGI app can be uploaded and configured via WebDAV.

Can I add other users to my account? Can I resell hosting on my account?
Yes. Keep in mind that you are responsible for what your sub-users do.

Can I sell stuff using my account?
Yes - as long as what you are selling is not illegal and you are not violating any rules, laws, etc.

Do you have a control panel that I can use to manage my site(s)?
Yes. We give you latest control Panels both windows and Linux users.

Will I be able to change and update my web pages on a regular basis?
Yes. You will be able to update your web page at any time using FTP. There are no additional charges for updating your web site, so you can update it as often as you want.


Will you place advertisements on my site?
Absolutely not. We will not place banner ads, pop-up ads, etc. on your website.

Do you provide a cgi-bin?
Yes, a cgi-bin is provided with every Linux hosting account for windows accounts no need of CGI bin,. You can run your own CGI or PERL scripts on your website by putting them in your personal cgi-bin directory.

Yes. You are able to purchase additional resources.

What programs can be used to access e-mail?
Each web hosting account comes with WebMail at no extra cost. WebMail makes it possible for you to send and receive email from any computer with Internet access. All POP clients can be used including pine, elm, Netscape mail, and Outlook. You can use any program which downloads the files from our server onto your computer. You can use mail user agents which run on our servers (such as pine), with a special configuration
